If you haven’t already done so, please download the NetExtender client for Mac from our downloads page here.
When completed please drag the “NetExtender” icon to your Applications folder and then open it.
You may receive a request to update your version of Java. Please install the update if required. The following screen is what you may see:
If you receive the following warning please ignore it and click “Open”
Once the application is installed and running you will be presented with the following screen. Here you will input the connection information given to you by your WhyReboot authorized partner.
The connection information would be:
Username: <yourusername> (case sensitive)
Password: <yourpassword> (case sensitive)
Domain: LocalDomain (case sensitive)
